Results Teams The Results Teams provide valuable guidance, coordination and counsel to ensure the success of each of Making Connections Providence's Results Areas. The Results Areas are organized into three bodies of work; Resident Engagement and Leadership (REAL), Family Economic Success (FES), and Children Healthy and Prepared to Succeed in School (CHAPSS). Members of the Results Teams include resident leaders in the Making Connections Providence neighborhoods as well as organizational partners and policy leaders who are committed to improving our neighborhoods through access to education, housing, jobs and assets. However, this group of experts on community change issues is much smaller. The composition of this team consist of residents leaders, partners and stakeholders.
